With a rapidly growing customer base, Transcepta is adding a Software Engineer to our SaaS development team. This position will report to the Director of Engineering and develop REST services for Transcepta’s flagship SaaS solution.

Transcepta is migrating its SaaS solution to a REST web-services backend and a frontend built on a responsive framework. We are looking for someone who’s excited about high throughput SaaS solutions and has a passion to architect them for rapid scaling. Your proven track record will be integral in transforming Transcepta’s SaaS solution to meet our rapid growth.

Job scope and responsibilities:

· Work with product management to generate technical designs

· Develop, test and analyze new and current SaaS applications

· Participate in Agile standups and implement Sprint features

· Ensure Transcepta’s customer data remains private by using secure coding practices.

. Optimize database queries, caching, and API response times for high-volume document processing.

. Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and continuous integration/deployment processes.

Experience and education:

· Bachelor’s degree computer science/engineering. Masters preferred

. Experience with AI data extraction and prompting

· 3+ years of .Net development experience

· 1 years of SQL development experience

· SaaS application development experience a plus

· HTML5/Javascript experience a plus

· Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
