Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated, community-driven Recruiter to join our staffing team in the Fort Worth area . This position plays a key role in connecting quality talent with employers in the light industrial and warehousing sectors . The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish) , has local market knowledge , and maintains strong ties to the community .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:

    • Source, screen, and interview candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities

    • Match qualified candidates with client job orders in warehouse, logistics, and light industrial environments

    • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for high-volume staffing needs

  • Community Outreach:

    • Actively engage with local organizations, community centers, and job fairs to recruit talent and build relationships

    • Represent the agency at local events and workforce programs

    • Build trust and rapport with job seekers in underserved or bilingual communities

  • Client Support:

    • Work closely with account managers and market managers to understand client needs and staffing requirements

    • Ensure candidates are properly onboarded and meet job-specific qualifications

    • Provide post-placement support to ensure a positive candidate and client experience

  • Administrative Duties:

    • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

    • Assist with compliance, onboarding paperwork, and background checks

    • Track and report on recruiting metrics and candidate progress

Required Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of recruiting experience , preferably in a staffing agency setting

  • Experience recruiting in light industrial, warehouse, or logistics sectors

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required

  • Deep knowledge of Fort Worth communities and labor market

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Proficient with ATS, scheduling, and candidate tracking tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with underserved or immigrant communities

  • Familiarity with E-Verify, I-9s, and workplace safety practices

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
