\n\nJob Description
\n\nPerform a full range of laboratory tests including hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, blood bank, and microbiology
\n\t\n\tConduct accurate specimen collection, processing, and analysis
\n\t\n\tUtilize and maintain laboratory instruments, ensuring proper calibration and troubleshooting
\n\t\n\tPerform phlebotomy as required for patient testing
\n\t\n\tInterpret and report laboratory results in accordance with regulatory standards
\n\t\n\tCollaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support patient diagnosis and treatment
\n\t\n\tEnsure compliance with CLIA, CAP, and facility quality control procedures
\n\t\n\tMaintain detailed documentation and follow laboratory safety protocols
\n\t\nEducation & Certification Requirements
\n\nBachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
\n\t\n\tASCP or AMT certification strongly preferred. Montana License is required .
\n\t\n\tPrevious experience in a clinical laboratory setting required
\n\t\n\tPhlebotomy experience is mandatory
\n\t\n\tStrong organizational, technical, and communication skills
