Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, connecting them with service specialists to identify their needs.
• Manage cash register operations, complete transactions, and explore additional sales opportunities while adhering to all local and state laws.
• Input work order details into the POS system accurately and verify the completion of services before closing out invoices.
• Communicate effectively with fleet maintenance departments to secure work authorizations and purchase orders.
• Maintain the cleanliness of customer areas and restrooms, including detail cleaning of toilets, floors, and surface areas.
• Demonstrate the ability to lift and move objects weighing 25+ pounds and adapt to various temperature conditions.
