HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Develop and Implement RPA Solutions: Design, develop, and deploy robotic process automations using UiPath and best practices, streamlining various business processes.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with IT and business partners to identify potential automation opportunities and recommend process improvements.
• Contribute to Automation Best Practices: Share knowledge by contributing to the organizations library of RPA components and standards.
• Ensure System Reliability: Write diagnostic programs to test and troubleshoot integrated software/hardware systems, resolving any system faults.
• Support Documentation and Standards: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation projects, ensuring processes are well-documented.
• Participate in Maintenance and Support: Engage in rotational on-call support and maintenance activities, ensuring continuous operation of RPA solutions.

ARE YOU AN RPA ROCKSTAR?

Experience:

• 5-7+ years of direct experience with UiPath (or similar) RPA configuration and development.
• Additional experience with high-level programming languages like Java, C#, .Net, SQL, JavaScript, or HTML is required.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in RPA design and development, following standard principles and practices.
• Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Familiarity with agile delivery methods in a matrixed organizational structure.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with UiPath and/or Power Automate Desktop.
• Exposure to cloud-based environments, especially MS Azure.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GIT, or similar version control systems.
• Familiarity with data integration frameworks (e.g., JSON, XML, EDI).
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Robotic Process Automation Certification is preferred.

Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to design efficient automation solutions.

Communication & Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, evangelizing RPA practices and guiding adoption across different teams.

Proactive & Detail-Oriented: Ability to proactively coordinate security-related best practices and document automation processes.
