Key Responsibilities: Formulation of colors using Akzo Noble colorants and coatings Creation of new finishing techniques that are “production friendly” Perform ceruse, painted, and weathered finishes to match samples Produce samples to match designer’s samples with short lead times Research new finishing techniques Be a self-starter and willing to work additional hours as required Verify correct finish application by checking paperwork for color and sheen, ensuring it matches samples Maintain spray equipment and work with the finishing team to uphold safety standards Handle hazardous materials in accordance with regulations, including proper tracking Position Requirements: Minimum 1 year of furniture finishing experience.
