Responsibilities Prep and sand wood surfaces to a flawless base Apply stains, sealers, paints, and lacquers with precision Match and create specialty finishes to client/designer specifications Mix, test, and document finish formulas for consistency Inspect and refine finishes to exact sheen standards Maintain a clean, dust-free finishing environment Requirements Previous finishing or fine woodworking experience preferred. Must be comfortable working with stains, lacquers, and specialty finishes in a shop environment with proper PPE.
