Job Description:

Dririte is seeking a dynamic Xactimate Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of writing detailed estimates in Xactimate, managing the full lifecycle of restoration projects, and driving sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry, strong Xactimate skills, and a proven track record in sales, with the ability to close leads and effectively manage Mold Remediation and Repair projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Client Relations:
  • Engage with potential clients directly, including leads from digital channels, with the goal of closing sales.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to sell restoration and reconstruction services to residential and commercial clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Present estimates and services to clients, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring clarity and agreement on the project scope.
  • Experience communicating and negotiating claims with insurance carriers.
• Project Estimation and Scoping:
  • Utilize Xactimate software to create accurate and comprehensive estimates for restoration projects, including water damage, mold remediation, and reconstruction.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to assess damage and define the scope of work.
  • Prepare and present detailed estimates to clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders.
• Project Management:
  • Oversee all phases of assigned restoration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and in-house crews to execute projects efficiently.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any changes in project scope.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules and resources as needed.
• Documentation and Compliance:
  • Ensure all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices, is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to all industry regulations and company policies, ensuring compliance with safety standards and legal requirements.
  • Track and report on project financials, including job costing, budgeting, and profitability.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the restoration industry, with a focus on project management, estimating, and sales.
• Proven ability to close sales and manage client relationships.
• Proficiency in Xactimate software is required.
• Strong knowledge of Mold Remediation Industry Standards, construction practices and general restoration processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• IICRC certifications (e.g., WRT, ASD, AMRT) are a plus.
