The perfect demonstration of this was Jesus who gave up His very life for His followers. At Creekside we seek to follow His example. Our leadership exists to serve the church by humbly putting others in the congregation above themselves in hopes that all will live out their unique calling to glorify God.

PASTORS/ELDERS

Our pastors/elders are responsible for helping the church go in God's direction.

Matt Conniry | LEAD Pastor

Matt is married to Ashley, and together they have one son, Rogan. He is a graduate of George Fox University in Newberg and Portland Seminary, and also serves as the Administrator and Principal of Willamette Valley Christian School in Brooks, Oregon. Matt is pursuing his Ph.D. in Intercultural Education at Western Seminary in Portland. Originally from Southern California, he enjoys basketball, board games, and building computers.

Thujee Lhendup | administration

Thujee is married to Ruth, and together they are the proud parents of James, Lilly, and Seth. He attended law school in Mississippi and is currently employed by the Oregon Judicial Department. Thujee loves traveling—especially to international destinations—and enjoys listening to audiobooks.

gRAHAM LUHN

Graham grew up in Southwest Washington and moved to Oregon in 2012 for a job at the Aurora State Airport, where he also began attending Creekside Bible Church. He has served in numerous ways, including playing on the worship team, towing the church trailers, setting up and tearing down, and caring for the church property. Graham lives in Wilsonville with his wife, Naomi, and their son, Oliver.

Jerry crane | Youth Pastor

Alongside serving as Creekside’s Youth Pastor, Jerry also ministers to young people as the Director and a Digital Missionary with Christian Influence—a nonprofit organization dedicated to introducing students to the love of Jesus through the creative world of video games and digital media. Jerry is married to Peri, and together they have a son, Roran.

chuck conniry

Chuck is the President of Western Seminary in Portland, Oregon, and previously served as Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs. A theologian with a PhD from Fuller Theological Seminary and a published author on spiritual formation and covenantal theology, Chuck is deeply committed to helping believers grow in Christlikeness. Chuck and his wife, Dianne, have three adult children.

Our team leaders lead volunteers in the different ministries of the church.

Annette Kendall | Outreach

Annette has been married to Marlin for 18 years and has two children, Faye and Archer. She is a graduate of George Fox University and Portland Bible College and grew up in Clackamas County. Professionally, Annette works in wealth management and private banking. Annette serves on the board of the Willamette Falls Trust and as an advisory board member to North Pole Studios. In her free time, she enjoys being outside in all seasons- hiking, skiing, dirt bike riding, camping and fishing.

Ashley Conniry | Prayer

Ashley is married to Matt and they have a son, Rogan. Ashley grew up in Wilsonville and has been attending Creekside for over 20 years. She is passionate about the Bible and praying with/for others. She loves to serve and to help others grow in their faith. She also loves art, music and being outside in God's beautiful creation.

Daniel Wood | Music

Daniel is married to Claudia and they have a son, Roran. Daniel grew up in Mississippi and then the Coos Bay Area. He graduated from Oregon State University and is a Flight Test Engineer. He enjoys music, aviation, and video games.

Naomi Luhn | Kids

Naomi has attended Creekside since 2007. She has been married to Graham for 7 years and they have a son, Ollie, age 2. Naomi grew up in Tualatin, OR, and graduated with a double B.A. in Communications and English Writing from Whitworth University in Spokane, WA. She works in the Portland-Metro area as an event and sports photographer. She enjoys adventures, coffee, making art, and laughing with friends.

NATALIE COHEN | FINANCE

Natalie is married to her high school sweetheart, Neil. They began attending Creekside shortly after getting married in 2012 and moving to Wilsonville. They have two children, Maddie and Henry, along with their dog Charlie. She is a graduate of Seattle Pacific University, where she majored in Accounting and International Business. Natalie works as a licensed CPA focusing on tax advisory for small businesses and individuals. When not working, Natalie loves traveling, camping, biking, and reading.
