ABOUT THIS ROLE
This position starts Monday through Friday, starting at 7 AM, with a rotating weekend shift. In your role at the hospital, you'll warmly greet and check in clients, creating a positive atmosphere. You'll answer phone inquiries about services and appointments, and schedule and confirm appointments to keep the veterinarians' schedules on track. Maintaining accurate patient records and assisting with data entry is essential, along with processing payments and supporting the veterinary team with administrative tasks. You'll also ensure the waiting area is tidy and welcoming for clients and their pets.

At least one year of experience as a receptionist at a veterinary practice, as well as previous experience with a multi-line telephone system, is preferred but not required.
