Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cabinet Installer to join our team for residential and commercial projects. As a Cabinet Installer, you will work under the general direction of a supervisor, performing installation of cabinets and related fixtures in a variety of environments. This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Install cabinets and hardware in residential and commercial settings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Utilize a variety of hand tools and power tools to perform installations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
• Identify potential issues and troubleshoot problems during installations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction with installations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a woodshop environment or cabinet installation.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools.
• Experience with both commercial and residential cabinet manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of materials, hardware, and cabinet/fixture design.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, especially under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality work.
• Ability to identify hazards and follow proper safety procedures.
