Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a CNC Programmer III, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The position supports production from a technical standpoint and has an excellent understanding of the product being produced in the area. It is the first line of defense and/or consultant to CNC Programmer regarding production related issues. The position is consulted by engineering regarding new product and process implementation. It solves difficult manufacturing problems and works with members to implement process and product improvements. What You Will Be Doing \n - Supports the programming, processing, tooling, proofing, fixturing of production parts.
\n - Recommends and implements process improvements for new product introductions and/or existing manufacturing processes. Works with engineering, when needed, to develop new processes.
\n - Identifies mistakes and improvements on various manufacturing documents and provides redlines to engineering.
\n - Writes and releases new work instructions and other manufacturing documentation. Revises existing work instructions and other manufacturing documentation.
\n - Provide input in the development of new cells that improves flow, increases velocity, and reduces waste.
\n - Independently develops new cells, improves flow, increases velocity, and reduces waste. Leads regularly scheduled 5S events.
\n - Collaborates with engineers. Resolves production issues and performs Root Cause Analysis.

What We Are Looking For \n - U.S. associate degree, 2-year technical degree or international equivalent preferred.
\n - U.S. High School Diploma or international equivalent required.
\n - 5 + years' experience as a CNC Programmer or similar external role in a manufacturing environment required.
\n - Certificate or degree in six sigma or special process preferred.
\n - State certification technician required, or Six Sigma Black Belt required.
\n - Advanced understanding of manufacturing programming, processing, tooling, proofing, fixturing of production parts.
\n - Advanced written/verbal communication skills to all levels of the organization including customers and/or suppliers.
\n - Advanced understanding of six sigma tools and lean principles.
\n - Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
\n - Advanced computer skills (i.e., Excel, Word, SAP, WISE, PLM). Basic understanding of machine automation networks
