4M Industries is looking for a reliable, detail oriented and technically capable Manufacturing Administrator with no experience required!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manually keying production data into Excel, Access and Alere manufacturing software.
• Maintain machine scheduler software to ensure it is up to date.
• File electronic documents
• Create shipping documents
• Scan & save all applicable manufacturing documents into proper folders and/or servers
• Labeling new check sheets and organizing old check sheets
• Verify all information and proper documents needed to close out production of a job have been received.
• Maintain work order folders and general file organization.
• Create & maintain organization of job/tooling box locations using Access and in person verification.
• Daily walk throughs of plant floor to ensure the accuracy of data in machine scheduler.
• Collection and review of hard copy forms (RS completion forms, In-process inspection sheets, and check sheets)
• Review the IP sheet and make sure all checks are within tolerance.
• Closing out jobs on the machine scheduler
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
• Strive for continuously improvement by identifying and implementing best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Access, MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
• Experience using Alere Manufacturing software is a plus but not required
• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware
• Basic understanding of databases
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of data confidentiality principles
