COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Dentist (DDS/DMD)

• Attractive Compensation with Bi-weekly Bonuses
• $10,000 Relocation PLUS $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
• 200 Earned PTO Hours + 40 hours of Sick Time
• 5 Days CME With $3,000 Allowance

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Dentist (DDS/DMD)

• Join an Experienced Dentist Staff with a Team Environment 
• Pediatric Dentistry practice with children
• Enjoy a 4-day Workweek
• This Organization also provides services for: Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health with a Pharmacy
• Comfortable Providing Care for a rural location

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Dentist (DDS/DMD)

• Open to DDS and DMD Doctors with Pediatric Training
• Will consider J-1 and H1B Visa Candidates
• Ability to obtain a Vermont Dental License
• Collegial, team player and works well with support staff
