In this role, you will primarily focus on Salesforce platform customization and administration to support sales operations and streamline workflows. Based in New York, NY, this position involves a mix of development and administrative tasks, with a focus on enabling key business teams through system enhancements and data-driven solutions. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary administrator for the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and potentially Health Cloud. Manage user roles, permissions, profiles, and licenses to ensure proper access and security. Design and refine dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for sales, marketing, and operations teams. Customize objects, fields, workflows, and page layouts to meet business needs and improve efficiency. Support cross-functional teams by fulfilling reporting requests and handling ad-hoc data analysis tasks. Perform regular audits and cleansing to maintain data quality and integrity within the system. Identify and implement process improvements in collaboration with stakeholders. Research and recommend new Salesforce features or tools to enhance system functionality. Stay informed on Salesforce updates and industry best practices to ensure optimal platform usage. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with hands-on knowledge of platform management. Salesforce Administrator Certification (201) is preferred but not mandatory. Proven ability to create reports, dashboards, and flows, as well as manage customizations effectively. Familiarity with client-side scripting and API development for system integrations. Strong understanding of cloud technologies, CRM, and ERP systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
