We are looking for a motivated Freight Sales Representative to help us expand by bringing in new shippers, brokers, and direct freight contracts.

Position Overview

This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor role focused exclusively on securing freight contracts and new clients . You’ll use your sales skills and industry connections to generate revenue and build long-term relationships.

If you thrive in freight sales, have existing shipper or broker contacts, or are ready to build a client base with unlimited, uncapped income potential , this is your opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new shippers, manufacturers, distributors, and brokers.
• Negotiate and close freight contracts, dedicated lanes, and long-term agreements.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Monitor freight market trends, rates, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure contracts are profitable and serviceable.
• While this position is 100% remote, candidates may occasionally be asked to pursue in-person, business-to-business outreach within their own state of residence (no crossing state lines) to secure accounts.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in freight sales, logistics, or brokerage strongly preferred.
• Existing shipper or broker connections a major plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills required.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial — able to work independently.
• Commission-driven mindset with a focus on results.

Compensation

• 1099 Independent Contractor position (Not W2 / No taxes withheld).
• 100% commission-only — no base salary or hourly pay.
• Earn 5–10% of gross revenue from every client/contract you secure.
• Recurring commissions as long as the client remains active with the company.
• Example: Secure a client with $20,000/month in freight, and earn $1,000–$2,000 every month in residual income.
• Unlimited, uncapped earning potential — the more business you bring, the more you make.
