  • Support for Production Lifecycles: Address other production technical issues that arise during the product lifecycle.
  • Supply Continuity Management: Actively work with the supply chain team to secure and establish reliable sources for components necessary for ongoing and future RF projects.
  • Facilitation of Manufacturing Processes: Facilitate the implementation of robust, cost-effective processes and ensure that product structures align with standard operational methods.
  • Leadership and Team Direction: Lead and direct the day-to-day activities of the design and manufacturing engineering team. This role includes promoting quality achievements and performance improvements across the organization, fostering a culture of excellence in all engineering practices.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Proactively communicate with these groups to ensure workgroup, project, or process goals are met effectively, thus facilitating a collaborative working environment.
  • Engineer Mentorship and Development: Facilitate the professional growth of the entry or intermediate level engineers and those in production engineering roles interested in RF design and development careers.
  • Advanced RF/Microwave Design: Lead the design and development of complex RF/Microwave circuits, including amplifiers, mixers, switches, filters, and oscillators, using advanced simulation and modeling techniques, in adherence to Honeywell Design Guidelines.
  • Complex System Analysis: Conduct and oversee comprehensive multistage cascade analyses, ensuring optimal performance of complex RF systems.
  • Test and Validation Leadership: Define test strategies, generate test procedures, conduct thorough circuit and reliability analysis, and provide guidance during testing and optimization of prototype circuits and components.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with mechanical engineers, designers, and product engineers to ensure seamless integration of electronic designs, overseeing mechanical design and drawing packages.
  • Support production line with testing and troubleshooting to meet delivery commitments.
