About the Role:
As an Ortho Dental Billing Specialist, you'll provide remote billing services to our clients from the comfort of your own home office. You'll build strong relationships with clients, providing them with peace of mind knowing their billing is in expert hands. This valuable role allows in-office teams to focus on other important tasks while you handle their billing and concierge services behind the scenes.
What You'll Do:
Provide expert ortho billing services remotely.
Work from your own home office with a flexible schedule.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Ensure accurate and timely billing processes.
Utilize practice management software to perform all necessary functions.
What You'll Bring:
Minimum of 2 years of current, hands-on experience in ortho billing.
Full proficiency in an ortho practice management software.
Ability to use your own computer that meets our IT requirements.
