Seeking an experienced Arizona-licensed attorney for a part-time compliance counsel role . The ideal candidate will work approximately 15-20 hours per month , ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining professional standards .
Requirements:
- Active Arizona State Bar license in good standing
- No disciplinary actions.
- Minimum 5 years of legal experience managing a law firm or legal department.
- Strong background in legal ethics and professional responsibility.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee compliance with professional ethics and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement compliance procedures.
- Monitor and report on compliance matters.
- Liaison with regulatory bodies when needed.
- Provide guidance on professional responsibility matters.
