The RN Case Manager is responsible for managing a defined caseload of patients providing direct patient care and comprehensive nursing services to individuals in the community. Open positions include Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem.
Pay: $36-$40/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (Flexible days if desired!)
Location: Greater Seacoast Area
