Search Engine Optimization Project Manager Our Client, an Fintech Company , is looking for a SEO Project Manager to join their team in Mountain View, CA! Pay: $45.74/hour Hybrid ***This is a 12 Month Contract Open to Conversion OR Extension!*** As the Marketing Project Manager, you will partner with the TurboTax SEO team to manage operational internal work and drive the successful execution of SEO projects and initiatives throughout the end-to-end lifecycle through completion and release. Duties Work directly with TurboTax SEO Managers with exposure to experience across TurboTax.com marketing, TurboTax Support, the TurboTax Mobile app, and other key experiences. Ownership of the prioritization and E2E execution of the SEO roadmap covering technical SEO, content, and link optimization. Lead SEO projects through completion with TurboTax SEO Marketing Managers, product managers, engineers, and program managers by bringing down barriers and identifying paths to resolution. SEO Channel Strategy support for TurboTax.com Marketing, TurboTax Support, TurboTax Mobile app, and other key experiences. Partner with the product management and product development leads to create and maintain a SEO product roadmap that delivers customer-focused and business driven outcomes. Serve as the customer expert for the product development teams, by answering questions and guiding the development of new capabilities and features. Understand and communicate core SEO KPIs in support of business performance goals. Lead and track planning and release progress, providing detailed reporting and status on SEO initiatives, projects, requests, roadmap, and backlog items. Create, manage, and maintain hygiene of operational documents & day-to-day processes, including requirement gathering, JIRA/FOLIOs and Smartsheet. Simultaneously manage multiple projects across multiple teams at one time, using strong communication skills to manage time and expectations appropriately. Inspire and lead your team and others to execute and deliver the vision and solutions to solve customers’ biggest problems. Required Skills & Experience BA/BS, Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or related degree, or equivalent work experience. SEO experience. Strong experience with SEO best practices, including technical SEO, content marketing, and link optimization. Familiar with SEO research tools and analytics platforms (Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, keyword research and ranking tracking tools, etc.). Experience with project management tools and processes preferred, including Smartsheet, JIRA, and GSuite products.
