Incodema3D – Unlock the future of Manufacturing. We are hiring a Senior Additive Manufacturing Engineer .

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Senior Additive Manufacturing Engineer who is passionate about translating cutting-edge technology into high-volume, quality production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Technical Leadership: Serve as the subject matter expert, defining and optimizing advanced AM technologies and process solutions.
• Drive Project Management: Own and manage projects from end-to-end, from customer drawings and defining technical requirements to production routers and equipment programming.
• Ensure Quality Production: Apply your deep understanding of materials, machines, and process parameters to ensure parts consistently meet the highest specifications.
• Mentor and Develop: Share your expertise by guiding and mentoring new engineers, contributing to the growth of the team.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Engage directly with internal and external partners to ensure program success and advise on the most effective technical solutions.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree and proven experience providing advanced engineering support for major production programs.
• Expertise in problem-solving complex engineering issues related to additive manufacturing.
• A record of accomplishment leading continuous improvement projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
