This client is a full service boutique investment bank looking to expand their technology group at the junior level. This firm is known for providing high-touch, high-quality advisory services and M&A and capital raises. They work with some of the most innovative and dynamic technology companies, helping them achieve their strategic and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and valuation of technology firms.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and pitch books for clients.
• Perform industry research to identify market trends and potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior bankers on the execution of M&A transactions.
• Build and maintain financial models to support deal structures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance
• 1+ year of direct Investment Banking experience
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Passion for the technology sector and understanding of industry trends.
• Prior internship or experience in investment banking or finance is a plus.
