Role: Epic Revenue Cycle Education Manager

Our Healthcare Provider client in Jacksonville, Florida, is hiring for an EPIC Revenue Cycle Education Manager in a 6-month contract-to-hire capacity
Description
This role is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of both eLearning and instructor-led training programs. The focus is on revenue cycle applications across various settings, such as: Patient Access, Health Information Management and Coding, Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, and the Single Billing Office. This highly visible role involves daily interaction with leadership and requires professionalism, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex personalities and expectations.
The manager builds curriculums, integrates Epic and on-the-job training, and supports centralized training efforts. Flexibility is key, with variable on-site requirements and occasional weekend training during go-live events. While Epic experience can be taught and credentialed within 90 days, strong leadership and training experience - especially with high level stakeholders - is essential.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or higher required
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must become Epic certified within 90 days on the job.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62.50 - $62.50/hr.
